Robert Paul Rich

Background:

Robert Paul Rich is the managing partner of Zraick, Nahas & Rich. His primary focuses are Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, Commercial Leasing, and Estate Planning.

“Bob” joined Zraick & Nahas in 1982 and became a partner in Zraick, Nahas & Rich in 1987. He has earned the reputation as the attorney you turn to throughout your life. Bob has represented his clients in the purchases of their first home or apartment and entrepreneurial ventures through to trading up their vacation homes and selling their businesses for retirement. He handles organizing and financing of start-up businesses through complex asset sales and restructuring, and estate planning and counseling to clients and their families.

Bob is a member in good standing of the Bar of New York and the New York State Bar Association.

Education:

Bob graduated from St. John’s University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from St. John’s University School of Law in 1980.

Personal:

Bob resides in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn with his wife Karen. Rob, their older son, is a graduate of Boston College and Fordham University Law and Business Schools and is a partner at the law firm, Hunton Andrews Kurth specializing in bankruptcy and corporate reorganization. Chris, their younger son, is a business finance graduate of Quinnipiac University and is Head of Capital Markets at Third Point. Although most clients may think that he can always be reached at the office, Bob enjoys his time apart from it with Karen and close friends on numerous social adventures and, in solitude, fly-fishing on the Lackawaxen, the river that flows beside his home in the highlands of Pennsylvania.
