Edmund A. Nahas

Retired as of January 2011, Edmund A. Nahas has represented thousands of individual and corporate clients in real estate transactions, his area of special expertise as well as multinational real estate holding companies, accounting firms, local foundations and associations, legendary restaurants, churches and numerous other business entities. Recognizing that benefits received should also be given, Ed Nahas has personally and professionally engaged in many charitable works and organizations, most notably creating and directing the Nahas Foundation and the R.G. Haddad Foundation which provides medical education grants. Ed has also been a long standing board member of his church.

Ed graduated from Trinity College in Connecticut in 1954 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Returning to New York, he earned his law degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1957.

Affectionately known as "Eddie Nahas, the attorney" he rarely took time for himself. He was usually the first attorney in the office and often the last to leave working tirelessly for his clients. Now in retirement, his spare time is devoted to traveling with his wife, visiting his four children and nine grandchildren, and accompanying his two sons to see his beloved football team - the New York Giants.
